For the second year in a row, Dr. Waller is featured as a guest speaker for the Women's Information Network's (WIN) annual signature event: Women Opening Doors for Women (WODW). This year, WIN's Entrepreneurship Committee is hosting a dinner themed "Goal Digging: Dream it, Work hard, Grind 'til you own it". This dinner will focus on goal formation, intentional decision making, and steps to success for budding entrepreneurs and young professionals who have the dream, but need some help getting from A to Z. Whether it’s launching your own business, switching careers, or landing that next promotion.

WIN’s annual signature event: Women Opening Doors for Women (WODW) celebrates the founding of the organization over 27 years ago around a dining room table, when women came together to help each other achieve professional success.  WODW dinner parties are an intimate, informal, issue-focused gathering. Topics range from achieving work-life balance to eco-consciousness and international women's rights to making unexpected career moves.  Every year it offers the opportunity to learn from prominent women and brings women of different backgrounds together to learn from each other's experiences, exchange valuable information and advice, and help each other along the road to success.
