Talaya Waller, M.B.A., D.B.A. is an international personal branding consultant and professor. In 2014, she founded Waller & Company to provide research-based, data-driven personal brand strategies for CEOs, top-level executives, and industry leaders looking to position their expertise and increase business revenue. From Fortune 500 companies to royal dignitaries, she’s had the privilege to work with a diverse range of clients to develop personal brands that target the audiences they want to reach.

In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Waller is an in-demand public speaker and academic researcher. Her forthcoming textbook entitled Personal Brand Management: Marketing Human Value will be the first of its kind on the subject in the academic market. She has delivered personal branding workshops for several organizations including the Federal Reserve Board, House Democratic Caucus, and the Chicago Association of Realtors. Notably, in 2018, Dr. Waller was invited to present a TEDx titled The Future of Branding is Personal.

She is a visiting professor at leading universities and has delivered personal branding lectures to MBA students in the United States, Poland, Australia, Switzerland, Chile, South Korea, Brazil, and South Africa. She is passionate about her qualitative approach to personal branding research and, in 2017, was awarded the Presidential Alumni Research Dissemination Award for publishing a study about mobile game technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

Brian has over 15 years of experience working as a practitioner and administrator in the small business, non-profit, human service and technology fields with a special emphasis on SEO, web design and social media.

He has developed and helped implement Internet marketing and/or social media strategies for the National Alliance for Performance Excellence, Volvo of Central Virginia, The American Red Cross of Central Virginia, Fixation Marketing, Asian Marketing Services, Business Networking International, the Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club and many more.

Brian knows what it takes to develop skills, create a brand, and design the online presence to make it happen. Perhaps most importantly, Brian Loebig cares about people, and it shows. 


Social Responsibility

Waller & Company is committed to furthering academic research and study in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In Spring/Summer 2019, Waller & Company participated as a sponsor in the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Marketing Action Learning Project. In the past we have sponsored community programs and hosted fundraising events for local and national nonprofit organizations. We also provide mentorship to startup entrepreneurs in Washington, D.C.
